This policy explains how Dsk Scents (DSK Store LLC) ships your orders.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Orders within the United States ship from Miami, Florida, and international orders are welcome in every country.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- $9.99 flat-rate shipping on all other US orders
- International orders (outside the US): flat $75 shipping, no matter the order size
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing; international delivery typically takes 7–45 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the $75 shipping fee.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Sales Tax
7% sales tax applies to orders shipped to Florida only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dskscents.com so we can help.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for errors in the address they provide.
